Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment. For more information about backorders click here.

Free shipping on orders $150+ for Anthro Perk members does not apply to orders shipping outside of the US.

Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

Restricted Items

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the US. While you may see and wish to purchase items available on our US site, you will be asked to remove these items from your basket if the destination country does not permit the import of that item. You may also be asked to remove items from your basket that are low in inventory and cannot be guaranteed for shipment.

Shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship select beauty products, furniture and oversized items outside of the US.

Backorders & Cancellations

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. If an item is on backorder, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of backordered items in your order.

You will not be charged for backordered items until they leave the US. Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by Anthropologie, and are not included in your order total at checkout.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 800.309.2500 or email service@anthropologie.com for assistance in English.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
