RETURNING FURNITURE

We are now offering exchanges as an alternative to returns for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded.
The exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for the new item(s). The process can take up to 30 days. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.

Generate printable copy or QR code of your tracked postage label Follow the instructions to either print your returns label or to obtain a QR code for your return and then select the items you wish to return. When you have finished this part, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a copy of your returns label.
3. Secure your parcel Put the items you're returning inside secure packaging and attach your new postage label. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. Now you’re all set! Simply drop off your return at a post office or parcel shop.
