Where can I apply discount codes?

• All discount codes can be applied during the checkout process.
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion.
• Please note, furniture is excluded from the majority of promotions so make sure to read through exclusions beforehand to avoid disappointment.


How will I get charged on an order of multiple items with different dispatch dates?

Once the order has been placed, it will show as a pending transaction on your account. During the period when the items are in our warehouse, a pre-authorisation of payments will take place, but you will only be charged once your order leaves our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of payment methods: Klarna, Clear Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Credit Card, Amex, Gift Cards.
Please note, we currently don’t accept payment via proforma invoice

The item I want to purchase is on pre-order, what does this mean?

We know how fond you are of new arrivals, which is why some of our items are available to “pre-order”. This means that you can now order them in advance of the stock becoming available online, including some out of stock products that are due back soon.

As the demand for this item is so great, we must wait for new shipments of stock to come into the warehouse before we can get your order out to you. Pre-ordering means we can now reserve the items for you with a pre-payment, instead of risking the item selling out once it has been re-stocked to the website.

When is payment taken for a pre-order purchase?

Checkout as you would normally, and rest assured you won’t be charged for the pre-orderable item until it has reached our warehouse and been dispatched to you.

How can I cancel my order?

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed.

Where is my delivery?

Our oversized furniture pieces are dispatched with specialised furniture carriers. Please allow 1-2 weeks from point of dispatch for your item to arrive. Some oversized items may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. If you require any additional help with your order, please contact our furniture specialists on anthrofurniture@anthropologie.eu

Where do you deliver furniture to?

Please note, we only deliver large furniture and oversized rugs and mirrors within UK mainland (excluding highlands and islands). Unfortunately Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are beyond our reach.

Scottish delivery addresses outside of Edinburgh & Glasgow may be subject to delivery restrictions. Please contact AnthroFurniture@anthropologie.eu for further information.

I am ordering multiple items, will they come in the same delivery?

Certain furniture pieces may be delivered separately as they are delivered by a furniture specialised carrier, who will personally contact you prior to delivery. If you require further info, please contact our furniture specialists on anthrofurniture@anthropologie.eu

What if I order both furniture and other items?

Furniture will always be delivered separately as they are delivered by a furniture specialised carrier, who will personally contact you prior to delivery. Non-furniture items will be sent with a separate nominated carrier which you will be able to track via the link in your dispatch email.

Will my purchase be brought inside for me?

Furniture pieces weighing over 30kg will be delivered to your room of choice and all packaging will be removed. Please note however, due to their weight and dimensions, some large furniture pieces can only be delivered to the ground floor (this means no delivery up any stairs). This is to ensure the health and safety of the delivery crew.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

How do I return furniture?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our dedicated furniture customer service team within 14 days from the date of delivery and they will advise the next steps anthrofurniture@anthropologie.eu Furniture items cannot be returned to store. Selected furniture items will be subject to a return shipping fee of £59. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. How do I prepare my return for collection?

All product packaging can be removed upon delivery but please note that your order will need to be wrapped in its original packaging if you need to return it. This is to prevent any damage to the product on its return to our warehouse. We may not be able to collect the item or process the refund if it’s not returned in its original packaging.

What counts as proof of purchase?

If you are required to show proof of purchase, please bring the order confirmation email or store receipt.
