Click & Collect

In-Store Pick Up

Check the availability of your items at your local store.
Add the item to your basket and proceed to checkout – there, you will select your store location. Please be aware some items may be unavailable for collection in store

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email, please be sure to check your junk and spam folders. Simply take your email to the store to collect your order (either print this out or bring it on your phone).

If you have an Anthropologie account you can also view your collection code within your orders under My Account. You can pick up your order at a specific point in our stores, look for the Click + Collect signs or ask any employee for help.

Items will be held for 7 days once they are ready for collecton. You will receive an email once the item is ready to collect, a reminder email 4 days later and a cancellation email if you do not collect the order within 7 days.

If you do not collect your order within the 7 day collection window, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged for the items. Any hold that may have appeared on your card will be released.

Some items may be restricted from In-Store collection during busy periods, limited availability and size restrictions.

Collection Points

When placing your order you will be able to choose Evri ParcelShop as a delivery option on the Delivery Options page before you get to the Payment page of the checkout.

Evri ParcelShop has thousands of stores throughout mainland UK. During checkout you will be able to select your nearest Evri ParcelShop collection point, alternatively you can click here to find your nearest location.

Please note that currently only orders under £100 are eligible for Evri Collection.

Your parcel will be held at by Evri ParcelShop at their collection point for 10 days before being returned to us.

You will receive a notification on day of arrival and gentle reminders from Evri ParcelShop after 3 days, 6 days and 8 days of the parcel arriving at the collection point if you haven’t already collected your parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued. Please note you may still be charged for the Evri ParcelShop delivery cost. Any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 3 – 5 working days.

Unfortunately, some items will not be eligible for delivery to a collection point. This is probably because the item selected in your basket is either too large or too heavy for this delivery method.
