The Delivery Pass is an annual unlimited express shipping service. It is currently only offered to customers with a UK billing address.
Go to our Delivery Pass Page and click sign up today. Follow the steps to log in to your account and add your payment details to purchase the pass. The pass is currently offered as a one-time fee for the entire year. We do not currently offer an auto-renewing subscription option.
Using your Delivery Pass is easy! When you’re ready to checkout and ship within the UK, login to your account and your free shipping benefit will automatically apply. Remember to select the express shipping option.
Only the express shipping is free when you enroll in the program. Please note, express delivery may not always be available.
The Delivery Pass is currently a pilot with limited eligibility based on billing region. We are currently only offering enrollment to customers with a UK billing address.
You will not be automatically charged for an additional year when you sign up to the Free Delivery Pass Program. This offer is a test, and we reserve the right to make changes at any time.
Some shipping methods and ship-to locations are excluded from your delivery pass benefit. Customers shipping outside of the UK are not eligible for the offer.
Your Delivery Pass will not automatically renew. To renew your delivery pass you will need to click the ‘sign up today or renew your pass’ link and follow the steps to log in to your account and add your payment details to purchase the pass.

The Delivery Pass Membership Program ("Program") is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older. Program is for personal use only. Program cannot be used for commercial purposes by resellers or other third parties. Program is void outside of the United Kingdom and void where prohibited by law. By participating, you agree (i) to these Terms and Conditions and (ii) to the decisions of URBN UK Limited (“URBN”), which are final and binding in all respects.
MEMBERSHIP FEE:
The membership fee in the U.K. is £15 and is non-refundable. Visit the Delivery Pass page for complete details about the Program.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL/EXPIRATION:
Membership expires one (1) year from date of sign-up. Membership into this pilot of the Program will not auto-renew. All benefits must be used and redeemed within the one-year period or will be forfeited.
PROGRAM SIGN-UP:
To sign-up, visit the Delivery Pass page and follow the directions to complete the membership form and pay the nonrefundable membership fee using an accepted form of payment. Limit one (1) membership per person.
BENEFITS:
Membership entitles you to free shipping for orders with a sub-total of 20 GBP or more, using the following shipping methods: Next Day, Standard, and Evri. Exclusions apply as detailed below.
