- Most furniture will arrive within 1 - 2 weeks and are delivered using a furniture courier service.
- Furniture deliveries can arrive between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
- Please note that express delivery is unavailable for furniture items.

Express Delivery Details
We offer Express Delivery for U.K Mainland and Germany, the cost and timescale are listed in the table above.Please note that we deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Please refer to the list below for costs and timings. If you don't see your country listed below, it unfortunately means that we don't deliver there right now. But be sure to check again soon as we're always adding new destinations to the list! Currently we only offer express delivery within mainland UK and Germany.
Please note, not everything we sell online is eligible for international delivery due to restrictions upon logistics, legalities and warranties. Due to new shipping legislations that came into effect on 2nd May 2025, we can no longer ship certain items to the US. Booking A Delivery Slot
No matter how many Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, you'll enjoy delivery to your door for a £59 flat-rate fee.A carrier will be chosen dependent on product type, delivery location and time of order to offer you the best possible experience. Once your item has been dispatched you should expect a text message to confirm the next available date for delivery, you will then have the option to confirm the original date offered or amend the date if required to a later time that may be more convenient.
Please ensure you are available during the time slot confirmed.
All our furniture delivery partners offer delivery options Monday-Friday between the hours of 07:00 and 20:00.
Delivery Carrier
AIT (for larger furniture pieces)- The carrier will be in touch the day before delivery, via email, advising your time slot

- Any single product weighing over 150kg will be delivered to a ground floor location. If an elevator is available and accessible, then the carrier will endeavour to deliver to your room of choice.
- Any single product under 120kg will be taken up a maximum of three flights of stairs if an elevator is unavailable.

Neither Anthropologie nor our delivery partners can hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have advised.
Furniture items are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom Mainland (excluding highlands and islands) and not eligible for express ship methods or P.O. box, APO/FPO addresses. We’re unable to ship larger furniture pieces overseas.Preparing for your furniture delivery
- Make sure you take note of the item measurements before you order. Remember, it needs to be able to get through your front door.
- Some items are self-assembly; these items will not be assembled by our carrier teams and will arrive flat packed. Our carrier team will however offer the option for unpacking and disposing of all packaging on delivery of your item.
- It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure clear access to the relevant room(s) prior to delivery to avoid any accidental damage to your property or belongings. This includes protecting walls and flooring, removing precious household items and keeping all areas free from interference.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after the item ships.
- The delivery must be received on the date agreed with our nominated provider. In the event that this does not happen, Anthropologie reserves the right to charge an additional re-delivery charge to be paid before the second delivery takes place.
- The nominated delivery provider will exercise every caution and care when delivering your order. However, in the event of any accidental damage to your property or person, neither Anthropologie nor the delivery provider can be held liable and only enter the premises under these conditions.
- It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the condition of the products upon delivery and highlight any issues and concerns with the provider at that time. All queries will be redirected to Anthropologie’s customer service team who will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
If an item is on pre-order, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of pre-ordered items in your order. You will not be charged for pre-ordered items until they ship.
