True Grace was founded in 2003 by Philippa and Roger to celebrate their fondness for fragrance and desire to capture the classic essence of England, inspired by the founders' life in the English countryside. Each candle is poured by hand in the brand's carbon-neutral factory in Wiltshire, England using traditional methods and a blend of renewable vegetable and natural waxes - the unique combination that they use produce more oxygen than a typical paraffin or soy wax candle, producing better air quality and very little soot while the wick is pure cotton, burning more cleanly than a man-made nylon core.

Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

We are now offering exchanges for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded. An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.
