Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.
