First, wax is applied by a craftsman and a system of needles is used to draw the pattern. Finally, the piece is placed in an etching bath to finish the process and embellished with gold finish. Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
