How To Use:
- Tear open the individual pouch to activate the patch. Peel off the protective backing sheet
- Apply to Clothing: Stick the patch directly onto your clothing or underwear over the area you want to soothe (e.g., lower abdomen, back, neck, or shoulders). Always ensure the sticky side is attached to fabric, never directly on your bare skin
- The patch will begin to warm up within 30 to 60 seconds. After use (up to 12 hours), simply peel the patch off your clothing and throw it in the regular trash once it has cooled.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed.
