KITRI’s namesake is founder Haeni Kim’s favourite heroine in the classical ballet Don Quixote, who was her first solo role when she was an aspiring ballet dancer. The London-based womenswear brand creates clothing that embodies Kitri’s spirit: bold, playful and elegant. Produced in limited quantities, it reduces waste and outfit clashing, so you’ll never be faced with a ‘who wore it better’ moment. Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

We are now offering exchanges for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded. An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.
