If an item is on pre-order, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of pre-ordered items in your order. You will not be charged for pre-ordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on pre-order before your order is fulfilled. If this happens, we will alert you via email.
Shipping
£59 Single Fee Furniture Delivery. This covers multiple pieces of furniture within the same order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Our courier service will email you to arrange a delivery slot. If your furniture order contains multiple items, you may receive separate delivery slots for each.
Returns
In-stock furniture, rugs and other oversized items in a saleable condition and wrapped in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Furniture items cannot be returned to store. Selected furniture items will be subject to a £59 return shipping fee. For Made To Order pieces refund requests must be received within 30 days from the delivery date. Anthropologie will refund or replace items where a manufacturer defect was found within one year from the date of delivery. Returns will be completed upon full inspection of the merchandise at our warehouse, and can take up to 30 days to fully process.
