White Glove Delivery: £95
Includes delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers, mirrors, bath vanities, and hanging furniture), and debris removal. Once your items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery.
Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery. Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move existing furniture nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. They are also unable to hang mirrors or wall décor. Please allow 7 days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Our courier service will email you to arrange a delivery slot. If your furniture order contains multiple items, you may receive separate delivery slots for each.
Doorstep Delivery: £12
Available for select items. Includes in-box delivery to your front door. There is no need to schedule a delivery or provide a signature. You will receive an email notifying you of your scheduled Doorstep Delivery date 1 to 2 days prior to delivery. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or left with a building attendant. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly not included.
If items eligible for multiple flat-rate delivery options are purchased with an item that can only be delivered White Glove, we will automatically upgrade all Unlimited Furniture Delivery items in your order to be delivered via our White Glove service, with no additional fee.
Returns
In-stock furniture, rugs and other oversized items in a saleable condition and wrapped in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Furniture items cannot be returned to store. Selected furniture items will be subject to a £59 return shipping fee. For Made To Order pieces refund requests must be received within 30 days from the delivery date. Anthropologie will refund or replace items where a manufacturer defect was found within one year from the date of delivery. Returns will be completed upon full inspection of the merchandise at our warehouse, and can take up to 30 days to fully process.
