How To Use:
- Place the smooth, patterned side up for grip (or the grippier side for hot yoga), use it for your poses (spritzing water for extra grip if needed), and roll it with the patterned side in to keep it clean, using the built-in or separate strap for transport.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
