Introducing BOLGA: a beautifully hand-woven bicycle basket with turquoise, pink, coral and burnt orange tribal patterns for a Ghanaian pop of colour.
Woven by our partner weaving cooperative in Northern Ghana from an indigenous crop known colloquially as 'elephant grass', each bike basket takes around three days to weave once the grass is split, rolled by hand, and then dyed in boiling water.
Our bicycle baskets each tell an important story about collaboration and sustainable living. To become an owner of one of our woven baskets is to become a part of our journey, directly supporting the weavers in becoming less dependent on the unpredictable nature of self-sufficiency farming.
If your basket gets wet, simply leave it to dry naturally and re-shape.

Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

We are now offering exchanges for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded. An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.
