How To Use:
- Add to fresh water or any hot or cold drink of your choice, stir and enjoy.
- Suggested daily use: We recommend 6g per day. Mix with 250ml of your chosen drink and stir well.
- If you have a sensitive digestive system or you are new to these ingredients, we recommend starting with half a serving (3g) for the first few days, then gradually increase to a full serving (6g) as your body adjusts.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
