In 1947, twin brothers Henry and Arthur D’Angelo started selling sports memorabilia on the streets of Boston, inspired by the energy of local fandom. Initially peddling newspapers and pennants, it was their replica Red Sox hats that solidified ‘47’s legacy within the sportswear world. Obtaining licenses from major American sports, including MLB and NFL, its iconic baseball caps and snapbacks are donned by sports stans and fashion enthusiasts alike.
