We offer free standard shipping on US, Canada, and Australia orders of $50+ and free express shipping on Mexico orders of $50+. Free shipping does not apply to Unlimited Furniture Delivery, duties, taxes, previously placed orders, and/or any orders shipping outside of the previously mentioned countries.
With the exception of Canada, your order will exclude duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees upon checkout. At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order — this date will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing time as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day.

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes to an order after it's placed, you do have a short window of about 30 minutes to cancel items before they begin processing.

Mobile Authentication Login & Account Creation
Your security and safety are very important to us. We require a verified mobile phone number for login to help us ensure the only person able to log into your account is you. Plus, no more passwords to reset or remember!
At this time adding a mobile number to an existing account is optional. However, we strongly recommend adding mobile authentication to improve the overall security of your account. We will eventually require mobile number authentication for all customers, but you have some time before that change goes into effect.
Once a mobile number has been added (and verified) for your account, you can use that phone number plus a one-time code to log in to your account. Using a verified phone number for login helps to ensure that you are the only person who has login access to the account.
Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to create an account without a mobile phone number. You can still enjoy browsing and shopping our family of brands as a guest user.

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items available for sale in the US are not available for shipment outside of the US. This includes select beauty products, furniture and other oversized items. You may also be asked to remove items from your cart that are low in inventory and cannot be guaranteed for shipment.
