Delivery Pass FAQs

For £15 a year, Free Delivery Pass offers free express shipping within the UK, all year long. Currently, our pilot program is offered to customers with a UK billing address.  This offer is a test, and we reserve the right to make changes at any time. Some shipping methods and ship-to locations are excluded from your delivery pass benefit.
Customers shipping outside of the UK are not eligible for the offer.

Go to our Delivery Pass Page and click sign up today. Follow the steps to log in to your account and add your payment details to purchase the pass. The pass is currently offered as a one-time fee for the entire year. We do not currently offer an auto-renewing subscription option.

Using your Free Delivery Pass is easy! When you’re ready to checkout and ship within the UK, login to your account and your free shipping benefit will automatically apply. Remember to select the express shipping option.

Only the express shipping is free when you sign up. Please note, express delivery may not always be available. 

The Free Delivery Pass is currently a pilot with limited eligibility based on billing region. We are currently only offering enrollment to customers with a UK billing address. 

You will not be automatically charged for an additional year when you sign up to the Free Delivery Pass.

Your Delivery Pass will not automatically renew. To renew your delivery pass you will need to click the ‘sign up today or renew your pass’ link and follow the steps to log in to your account and add your payment details to purchase the pass.
