Terms & Conditions
This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the Terms & Conditions for membership in the Anthropologie Home Designer & Trade Program. Anthropologie may change the Anthropologie Home Designer & Trade Program or these Terms & Conditions without notice. Anthropologie will post such changes online. Any changed Terms & Conditions are effective immediately once posted online. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.
Trade Program Discount
The trade program discount is accepted online at anthropologie.com, and in US and Canada store locations. It does not apply to the Anthropologie Home Outlet, Free People, Urban Outfitters or any other URBN brands. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, and does not apply to the purchase of apparel, shoes, accessories, beauty, and Curated by Anthropologie items, or gift cards, as well as surcharges/shipping and processing fees or taxes. The membership discount is not redeemable for cash. Anthropologie reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade program discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted online as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed in preceding paragraph. You can cancel your trade program membership at any time and for any reason by emailing tradeprogram@anthropologie.com.
Eligibility
Program available to US- and Canada-based interior designers, decorators, architects, real estate developers, investors, owners, and purchasing agents only. Employees of Anthropologie, as well as friends-and-family users, are ineligible for membership. Furniture may be purchased on the US site or in-store. Please note that furniture and other oversized items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.
Qualifications
To qualify, please complete the online form and create an anthropologie.com account here under the "New Customer" section if you do not already have one.
Before approval, you will be required to submit proof of the following:
- Interior Design Certification/ Major Design Organization identification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC, ASID, IIDA, AIA, APLD, ASLA, CID, IDS) OR Valid membership to a major residential or commercial development business organization (e.g., NAHB, NAA, etc)
- Resale or Sales Tax Certificate number
- Copy of business card with your design profession
At this time, files cannot be uploaded with the application. From the email address used in your online application, please send scanned copies of the three required documents to tradeprogram@anthropologie.com with the name of the applicant listed in the subject line of the email.

Membership
Membership is not transferable, and is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each must individually apply for membership. Misuse of membership may result in immediate termination from the program. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of membership discount for personal purchases; resale of merchandise purchased using membership discount through any retail or auction site or store; reimbursement of membership discount upon merchandise return; sharing membership discount with others; and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with membership application.
