Holiday Shipping

We want you to receive your packages in time for the holidays. For Christmas delivery by Thursday, December 24th, please review the chart below to determine your shipping needs.

Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $150

All domestic orders over $150 will receive complimentary standard shipping until Wednesday, December 23rd. Orders over $150 requesting Express or Overnight shipping will only be charged the appropriate $10 or $15 surcharge. Orders under $150 will be charged standard rates as shown below.

Details

Orders under $150 requesting Express or Overnight shipping will be charged a standard shipping fee plus a $10 Express surcharge or $15 Overnight surcharge. Orders over $150 will have the standard shipping fee waived; only the $10 Express surcharge or the $15 Overnight surcharge will apply. Furniture items shipping via a truck must be ordered by November 30th to ensure your order arrives by December 24th for Christmas. Please note, the additional fees associated with large furniture and oversized items are not considered standard shipping and will be applied to orders.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

To receive holiday gifts by December 24th for Christmas, orders must be placed before 10 am EST on the date corresponding to the chosen delivery method. Delivery by December 24th does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of anthropologie.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Samoa, APOs, and FPOs must be ordered by December 4th and are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please place your order by December 19th for delivery to P.O. boxes. Express and Overnight delivery options are not available to these locations. While this time frame applies to the majority of our offerings, there are some exceptions. Certain large scale furniture items, with indicated extended delivery times, are not included.

Hanukkah

For delivery by the start of Hanukkah, Friday, December 11th, please review the below to determine your shipping needs:

Standard: Order by 10am EST on Thursday, December 3rd for December 11th delivery.
Express: Order by 10am EST on Wednesday, December 9th for December 11th delivery.
Overnight: Order by 10am EST on Thursday, December 10th for December 11th delivery.

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Shipping & Handling charges

Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping & handling charge for your order. For Express and Overnight delivery, please add $10 and $15 respectively. A $4-per-address fee will be applied to orders shipped to multiple addresses.

P.O. Boxes & Stores

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable.

Please note that items ordered through anthropologie.com cannot be shipped to Anthropologie stores.

Non-U.S. Addresses

We will ship to all U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and 34 countries worldwide. Please click here to visit the International section of anthropologie.com.

Furniture/Chandeliers/Oversized Items

As delivery method, timing and fees vary item to item, please refer to product pages for delivery specifics.

Most furniture and chandeliers will arrive within 4-6 weeks and are shipped via delivery service. Standard delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Rest assured all oversized items will be handled with care, as our delivery fees include the following door-to-door services, courtesy of two handlers: indoor/upstairs placement (two-flight maximum); unpacking and debris removal; and tool-free assembly (15 minute maximum).

Please note that shipment to international locations, U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S., P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and express ship methods are unavailable for oversized items.
