Catch a Breeze
To keep your cool, look to linen. This fabric is a unanimous favorite among our stylists, described as "light, chic, and effortless" by Erika. Sweat-wicking and breathable, linen is an elevated substitution for athleisure, making it perfect for sipping spritzes on a patio. For peak coolness, style your linen look with a breezy, oversized silhouette. Lauren's favorite? The Bennet Buttondown because it can be worn more ways that one: around the waist, over the shoulders, on its own, or atop a tank. Max Out Your Minis
Our stylists agree that self-expression is one of the biggest factors to getting dressed in the morning. But, it can be tricky to make space for fun when you have so little to work with. Our mantra? Prints and repeat. From of-the-moment leopard to tried-and-true stripes, patterns add a layer of style without having to add a layer of clothing. "I love the current fruit-print trend," Erika said. "There are so many beautiful tops, dresses, and skirts that feature images such as citrus, grapes, cherries, and tomatoes." Pair these items with solid colors and neutrals, or with other patterns for a fun, eye-catching look!
Accessories, Yes Please
Don't forget about accessories, or what we like to call accessor-ease – the simple secret to stepping up a look. "Earrings can elevate any outfit, and they look great with popular summer hairstyles such as beach waves or a messy bun," Erika said. Think bright, bold, and exaggerated. Talitha likes "pulling in an unexpected element." Pair kitten heels with denim shorts and silk scarves with baseball caps. You can never go wrong with a belt for added texture, material, and pizzazz.
Keep It Comfy
"Comfort and style go hand-in-hand. When we look great, we feel great," Talitha said. "It comes across in our body language and how we carry ourselves."
