Clothing is a sisterhood, if you think about it: What we wear, as women, can help us spread joy, spark creativity, and share what it means to feel beautiful.
Let Me Be is a woman-led fashion label that wants to welcome you, with open arms, to that sisterhood. “It’s an invitation,” says brand owner Sanjana Singhania. “It’s a celebration in honor of women’s confidence, beauty, and inner strength.”
This season at Anthropologie, we’re thrilled to be teaming up with Sanjana and Let Me Be for our first collection together. “At Let Me Be, our clothes represent the dichotomy of self that every woman possesses,” Sanjana explains. “Our clothes are beautiful, serene, and special, but also utilitarian and essential to the needs of a modern woman.” That's what makes us great partners, she says: a shared home at the crossroads of artistic self-expression and thoughtful design.
Born and based in India, Let Me Be often looks to traditional Indian themes for inspiration. The latest collection, Sanjana says, draws on a style of folk art called Madhubani art – a type of hand painting created with natural dyes and known for its bold, geometric depictions of living things like birds, fish, and animals.
Another driving force behind Let Me Be's designs is a young-at-heart ethos that infuses each piece with a certain self-assured playfulness. “Our muse is all the girls out there who are young and lively,” says Sanjana. “It is for the girls who live life unabashedly and are a bit opinionated.”
“With this collection, we want to help women celebrate their everyday lives and inspire others with what they wear and where they go,” she says.
That's more important than ever, if you ask us. During difficult times, our wardrobes can be an inviting refuge of imagination, expression, and connection.
“Clothing reflects a person’s state of mind and personality,” says Sanjana. And even amid adversity, art can flourish. “We want women to slow down and admire the beautiful clothes they're wearing,” she says.

Let Me Be adds beauty to the world, and strives to do so in a way that respects the planet. But Sanjana acknowledges there's always more work to do. “Being environmentally conscious is not just a passing trend, but a way to a better future,” she says. “In a world where sustainability has become a buzzword, we know that to make a lasting difference, we have to continue to evolve and adapt our practices.” That’s why, in the future, she says the label’s biggest goal is simply to “take it slow.”
We’re grateful for the chance to work together, and so excited to wear what Sanjana has dreamed up for the women of Anthropologie. “For us, there is no greater joy than to be a part of a woman’s journey through the clothes we create,” she says. “We’re honored to follow these majestic women in their adventures, their laughter, and their love.”
