We're excited to announce our partnership with Angel City Football Club, a groundbreaking women's professional soccer team based in Los Angeles. This alliance is built on empowering young women, supporting communities, and celebrating the power of sports! We're not just cheering from the sidelines; we're actively contributing to Angel City's incredible SOAR internship program and supporting a future full of opportunity for the next generation of leaders in sports.
Unlocking New Possibilities
At Anthropologie, we know the power of opportunity – we're always on a mission to create pathways for the next generation to thrive. That's why we're proud to be one of the sponsors for Angel City's SOAR internship, a paid summer program designed to help teenage youth from under-resourced communities discover their potential.
Over the course of six weeks, these interns will engage in hands-on learning by shadowing adult mentors at Angel City’s Santa Monica Headquarters in Departments such as Public Relations, community outreach, partnership marketing, and content. Not only will they gain real-world experience, but they’ll also develop leadership skills that will serve them for years to come.
In addition to providing compensation for internship participants, our contribution also helps eliminate barriers by providing transportation support – because every young person deserves the chance to participate, no matter where they’re coming from.
