How to use: For best results, fill your bottle the night before, or six hours before drinking. Drink one glass first thing in the morning, and 2-3 glasses throughout the day. Replace with fresh water every evening. Only fill with tap or filtered water at room temperature - this means no juices, smoothies, coffee, or flavored water of any kind.

Returns
Within 30 days of the delivery or in-store purchase date, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price.
