Style No. 56068414; Color Code:
A perfect vessel for your spices, chopped herbs, and other small items.
Morgan Levine creates one of a kind functional tableware using fluid tinted stoneware. The results reference 17th century Staffordshire slipware, Turkish Ebru patterns, Venetian marbled papers and French agateware. Each piece is a unique record of a specific moment in time, capturing the maker's gesture and the slip’s fleeting fluidity. The contrast of the colors’ sharp definition and the patterns’ psychedelic softness shine through the buttery satin glaze. No two pieces are alike, but they relate to each other through shared palettes, patterns, and line quality.
