We want you to be happy with your Marin + Morgan purchase, therefore if you would like to make a return please use the return shipping label included in your package. All returns must be made within 14 days of package delivery date.
The item must be returned in first quality, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We are unable to accept returns or exchange any merchandise after 14 days of package delivery date. Returned items should be securely repackaged. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us, or damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or credited to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items We carefully check each item before packaging and shipping it to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an Item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@marinandmorgan.com within 24 hours of your receipt. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. If the item has been misused or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty. If your item is deemed faulty by us, we will offer you a store credit or refund. When returning the item to us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance when returning items. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned. This policy applied to all orders.
