How To Use:

• Throat Soak: At the first sign of a tickle or sore throat, mix one scoop of Throat Soak powder into 6–8 oz. of warm water. Swish and gargle before discarding. Repeat as needed
• Party Support Patches: Apply one patch 2–3 hours before your night out and wear throughout the evening. If desired, apply a second patch the next morning. Place onto clean, dry skin such as the wrist, arm, shoulder, hip, or sole of the foot
• Lavender Sleep Mist: Mist onto pillows and bedding to create a calming atmosphere before bed. May also be used as a refreshing face mist
