How To Use:

• Place the panel 6–12 inches from the desired treatment area and follow the user guide’s instructions for the included protective eyewear. Press the power button, then use the Mode (M) button to select red and near-infrared light, near-infrared light only or red light only. Near-infrared light is not visible.
• Use the Time (clock) button to select a 10- or 20-minute session. The panel defaults to 20 minutes at full brightness; press the Brightness (sun) button to reduce brightness to 50%. The panel automatically shuts off when the session ends. To stop early, press the power button.
• Use 3–5 times per week for up to 20 minutes per treatment area per session. If using twice in one day, space sessions throughout the day. Reserve the 60-minute setting for room lighting only.
