Sisters Elizabeth and Pamela Doyle have more in common than just genes. Their shared love of jewelry inspired them to open their estate jewelry store Doyle & Doyle in New York City in 2000. After falling in love with antique jewelry at flea markets as a child, Elizabeth studied jewelry design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and holds a degree in gemology from the Gemological Institute of America. Pamela worked for one of Manhattan's premier buyers of colored diamonds before joining her sister to open Doyle & Doyle. They believe that jewelry plays an important role in one's life, so they take great care to make jewelry shopping as easy as possible and accessible to everyone.

Dating to the late Victorian period, this circa 1860-1880 ring features a slim, simple band adorned with two petite natural - not cultured - pearls flanking an Old European diamond. A prize of rarity and beauty, from esteemed estate jewelers Doyle & Doyle.
