Returns of unopened Paint and Accessory items are accepted within 14 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. All returns must be packaged, as received. A returns label is provided with your purchase and all instructions outlined must be followed to enable collection. Returned goods must be received in good condition and will attract a handling fee of $8.95 per order or 10% of order value, whichever is higher. This fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. The refund will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of goods by Farrow and Ball.

All goods shall remain the sole ownership of Farrow & Ball Inc. until such a time as the vendor has received all monies payable.
