Each piece is handmade by a small group of talented artisans, recovering traditions used by our ancestors and under the philosophy of local manufacturing. We want you to always be satisfied with your experience in CAPA JEWELRY®, for this we accept returns and refunds. You must take into account the following:
- The established return period is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase once the item is received. Returns are offered for all your orders and include a shipping label that will be provided by us upon request.
- There is a ten (10) day grace period after thirty (30) days have passed for the return. For example, if we receive a return on the 35th day, we would still accept this return.
- Items cannot be returned to Anthropologie stores.
- The item returned should not be used and must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
- If you want a different product in place of the one you originally purchased, you would need to return the original item to the address written before and re-place a second order.
Refunds
- A full refund will be issued in case you return the item within the 30 days agreed upon in our policy and the product is in good condition.
- Partial refund will be made in case you return the item outside the 30 days + 10 days grace period or if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
