We do not ship internationally. ASICS America restricts shipments to international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses, commonly referred to as freight forwarders.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on Anthropologie's marketplace from ASICS America Corporation (“ASICS”) may be returned for a refund within 90 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
- Merchandise was purchased on Anthropologie's marketplace from ASICS.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase. Returns received after 90 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
* All tags still attached to product. * Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. * Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Please note: If returns do not meet the above criteria, we will issue a 50% refund on items that we cannot return to inventory.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
Returns can only be completed in the country where the merchandise was purchased.
To return merchandise, please contact our customer service via your Order History to request a free shipping label. We do not accept returns not shipped with our free shipping label.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your returned merchandise. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
ASICS does not currently offer exchanges.
