Kiss the Ground
We're excited to partner with Kiss the Ground, the leading voice of the regenerative agriculture and soil health movement. In early 2024, Anthropologie donated $100,000 to the nonprofit. By supporting regenerative agriculture, we're not only promoting healthier soils and ecosystems but also more responsible practices in the fashion industry.

Past & Ongoing Initiatives
The Nature Conservancy
At Anthropologie, we're committed to making environmentally conscious products and decisions, and we’re proud to have partnered with The Nature Conservancy (TNC).
Together with TNC, we've brought awareness to the sustainable features of bamboo, as well as the important role rainforests play in combating climate change. In 2023, Anthropologie's store windows showcased handcrafted pieces of art made from bamboo, a sustainable material known for its regenerative properties. Our 2022 Earth Month campaign featured window displays made of seed paper that were then planted in community gardens across the US.
Working in 79 countries and territories, TNC is a global organization dedicated to conserving the lands and waters on which all life depends. Alongside our customers and in conjunction with Terrain, we’re proud to have donated $200,000 to support TNC’s mission.

Nest
Anthropologie is committed to using our platform to support and celebrate a diverse community of artists. In 2022, we were proud to partner with Nest, a nonprofit dedicated to the responsible growth and creative engagement of the artisan community. With programs that support the well-being of makers in the United States and abroad, Nest seeks to build a world of greater economic and gender equity.
In 2023, we continued and expanded our partnership with Nest. In celebration of International Women's Day, we hosted an Influential Women's Brunch at our Chelsea Market store for Nest artisans who live and work in New York City. Additionally, we hosted March pop-up markets in our Rockefeller Center store featuring local women artisans.
Anthropologie is honored to have donated $75,000 to date in support of Nest’s work for gender equity in the hand-maker economy. Our parent company, URBN, will also be sponsoring one of our suppliers to become Nest certified, a distinction that helps artisans effectively market ethically made products and better promote their businesses.

At the Office
Charity, as they say, begins at home. At our Home Office headquarters in Philadelphia, we’ve rallied support around local initiatives. With the generosity of our employees, we’ve donated much-needed feminine products to No More Secrets, the only feminine hygiene bank in our area. We are also honored to supply backpacks full of essential school supplies and holiday gifts to ACHIEVEability, an inspiring non-profit working to break the cycle of generational poverty in our hometown.
We Care by Sharing
We strive to continuously champion organizations aligned with our ethos of connection and creativity. Our support takes the form of monetary donations, dedicated time, and dynamic outreach, and aims to strengthen arts education, environmental sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion across the country.
