At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We will make sure to get your order to you within the timeline provided at checkout. The estimated delivery date will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note: Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For out-of-stock or backordered items, a separate email with detailed information will be sent. Click here for additional information on backorders.

Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US.

For express and overnight delivery, add $10 and $15, respectively. Rates apply to orders shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Want something sooner? Pick up your online selections in person at a store! When you find an item you'd like to purchase on anthropologie.com or the Anthropologie iPhone app, select a size, color, then select PICK UP IN A STORE. Your selection will typically default to the nearest location. You can change a store location by selecting Change Store. If the item is available for pickup, click BUY ONLINE & PICK UP IN A STORE to add it to your basket. At this time, furniture and select items are unavailable for in-store pickup.

Most items should be available for pickup within 24 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification email(s) when your order is ready at the selected store(s). Remember to wait for this notification before heading to the store! You may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment prior to pickup. However, you will not be charged until you obtain your merchandise.

Once every item is ready for pickup, your order will be held for 3 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will not be charged. We will send you a reminder email 24 hours prior to cancellation. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 3 days, please contact us before the order is cancelled.

WHAT TO BRING: When picking up your order, please bring a printed or digital version of your order confirmation and a valid ID.


PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight and/or express delivery for these destinations.


UNLIMITED FURNITURE DELIVERY

No matter how many Unlimited Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, you'll enjoy white glove service for a $149 flat-rate fee. This includes inside delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers) and debris removal.

For your convenience, orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. If you would prefer to have items delivered as they become available, please contact our furniture specialists. Once your items are ready to ship we will contact you to schedule a delivery. Furniture will arrive 2-4 weeks after delivery is scheduled. While you may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment prior to delivery, your account will not be charged until the items are delivered.

As you prepare for the arrival of your new item(s), please clear a path to the room(s) of your choice, as the delivery team cannot move your existing furniture. We also suggest protecting anything that may be susceptible to damage, such as floors, furniture or entryways. We recommend that you move pets to a separate room.

Please note Unlimited Furniture Delivery items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.

BACKORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

If an item is on backorder, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of backordered items in your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled. If this happens, we will alert you via email.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 800.309.2500 or email service@anthropologie.com.

You can expect backordered Unlimited Furniture Delivery items to arrive via our white glove service 2-4 weeks after the expected to ship on date listed at checkout or the order confirmation email.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will not be charged for the cancelled item.
