About Hotel Magique
It was a trip around America - or, more specifically, stumbling across a piece of Japanese golden momi paper - that sparked the idea for Milou Neelen's brand back in 2015. Returning to her studio in Amsterdam, the creative made an artwork based on the fictional Hotel Magique - and so, inspired by the word, the eponymous label was born, combining the artist's love of hotel stays with an infatuation with all things decorative.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed.
