About Fiona Corsini
A descendant of one of the most illustrious families of Florence, Fiona Corsini studied classical figure painting at the Florence Academy of Art and worked as a print designer for Emilio Pucci. Combining contemporary craftsmanship with tradition and innovation, Corsini utilises composition, pattern, and colour in her paintings and illustrations. Nestled in the heart of Florence the cradle of Renaissance and breathing the art of majestic artists, Corsini nurtures her passions intertwining art and artisanship. She sees herself as and artisan devoted to art, in her studio you will be greeted by a swirl of gesso and gold leaf mixed to flower installations attending to be portrayed as muses. Her studio is however rather a portable one as the medium of watercolour can grant lightness in tools which makes the world reach the tip of her brush.
