Who are Reskinned?
Reskinned are a London-based takeback and resale platform. Reskinned allows Anthropologie customers to trade in their unwanted clothing in exchange for a discount code to spend back with Anthropologie online. Reskinned choose the best route for the items they receive back, depending on their condition they will either be resold, reused or recycled.
How does the Takeback Programme Work?
Processing a takeback is easy, by following the simple steps:
1. To process your takeback return, visit www.takeback.reskinned.clothing/anthropologie and add the Anthropologie items you want to return to your takeback basket.
2. Package up your items and take to the courier drop off point. We don’t want to create unnecessary packing so re-use a delivery box or bag you already have, other brands or retailer bags are absolutely fine so long as it is clean and strong enough to survive the journey.
3. Once Reskinned have received your takeback they will verify your trade in and email you a discount code for the qualifying items.
4. You can use this discount code to shop at Anthropologie.com whilst your old item is being given a new life.
How do I sent my items to Reskinned?
When you complete the takeback form, you’ll be given the option of a print at home or print in store label, so you’ll either receive an email with the label or QR code to be used when you take your parcel to your local Evri drop off point.
What Condition do my items need to be in?
Reskinned accept items back in ANY condition. You will receive the full discount code value of the particular item type, regardless of the condition of the item(s) being returned so long as they are Anthropologie branded items.
What discount will I receive?
The amount of discount you receive will depend on the product you return to Reskinned as each item has a credit. You can receive a maximum value of £30 per takeback return. The following minimum spends apply when using your discount code:
£5 takeback voucher code when you spend £25 or more
£10 takeback voucher code when you spend £50 or more
£15 takeback voucher code when you spend £75 or more
£20 takeback voucher code when you spend £100 or more
£25 takeback voucher code when you spend £125 or more
£30 takeback voucher code when you spend £150 or more

Takeback Rules:
1. Reskinned accept own branded Anthropologie clothing, footwear, accessories and bags. This includes items from Anthropologie in-house brands such as Maeve, By Anthropologie, Pilcro, Seen Worn Kept (SWK), Cloth & Stone and Daily Practice.
2. Non-complying items or items from third party brands purchased in Anthropologie will not count towards your voucher code.
3. We are currently unable to accept your takebacks instore as part of this programme.
4. The maximum redemption value per takeback is £30.
5. The following minimum spends apply when using your discount code:
£5 takeback voucher code when you spend £25 or more
£10 takeback voucher code when you spend £50 or more
£15 takeback voucher code when you spend £75 or more
£20 takeback voucher code when you spend £100 or more
£30 takeback voucher code when you spend £150 or more
6. Takeback voucher codes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
7. We only accept takeback voucher codes online at this point.
8. Takeback voucher codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
9. Takeback voucher codes must be entered at anthropologie.com to redeem.
10. Takeback voucher / discount codes cannot be honoured retrospectively if the code is not entered at time of purchase.
11. Only UK customers are eligible to participate in the Anthropologie takeback programme.
12. Takeback Voucher codes are for one time use only, if you return items purchased using a voucher code no further use of the credit will be permitted.
13. If you include multiple takeback items, you will receive a single voucher code for the full amount, not separate voucher codes.
When do I get my voucher?
As soon as the item(s) are received back at the Reskinned warehouse, the team verify it’s what they were expecting to receive (regardless of condition) so if you selected ‘top’ they simply check it’s an Anthropologie top and you are emailed your unique discount code.

Where do the items go?
When Reskinned receive the items, they are hand sorted by the team and are graded based on their quality and condition.
Resale:
If the items are in good condition, they’ll be kept until Reskinned have enough quality products to launch resale and then do subsequent resale drops on their website. The items are ozone cleansed, which means items are oxidized in a specialized ozone booth to remove any bacteria and/or odours. It’s essentially an environmentally friendly technique that uses clean air and required little to no water, ensuring items come out as fresh and good as new. Reskinned also have an in-house repairs team so they can make any fixes if necessary, ahead of the items being photographed and listed for resale.
Reuse:
For items that can still be reworn but may have imperfections that make them unsuitable to be sold on online platforms, they are either sold in pop up shops to allow customers to try them on, items may be given to emerging designers and university student who use them to create upcycled collections or allocated to other markets.
Recycle:
At Reskinned, recycling is a huge part of what they do. They’re one of the first companies in the UK to introduce fibre to fibre recycling. They currently collaborate with pioneering reprocessors, and there’s different recycling options for different materials, for example, old cotton garments are turned into mattress insulation working with partner such as Cotton Lives On.
