However we looked at them, one thing was abundantly clear: there's beauty to be found, cherished and cared for in every corner of this planet. "This is on route to a little beach house we have on the island of Evia. To get there we cross a range of mountains running through the centre of the island. The ground is covered with pine and plane trees, and there is an incredible network of fresh water streams and waterfalls hidden out of sight."

"Miami Beach at dusk is an amazing place to sit and observe the world. Being an '80s child, the Baywatch fan in me couldn't walk past this iconic lifeguard tower. Miami was love at first sight. The ambition in the air, the light, the people and the endless places to shoot…the list goes on."

"This is where the ocean races into a long creek that leads up into the jungle. There's wildlife everywhere, monkeys and the occasional lesser spotted yogi. I had attended one of Maree's (co-founder of Goddess Charms), retreats and she had arranged a trip for us all to go dolphin spotting, then up the salty river to feed the eagles. It was a magical holiday – it's where I met Maree and where Goddess Charms was born."

"Transport on the island is by bike, horse or tractor during daylight hours only – no cars, no traffic lights, no street lights, so no light pollution at all. If you're visiting, take a ferry from Guernsey and stay at the Aval du Creux Hotel. If you go out stargazing till late the chef will tuck a couple of cold beers outside by the bike rack for you to enjoy on your return."
