Founded in 2010 by cousins Shamil and Kavi Thakrar, restaurant group Dishoom brings the authentic food of Bombay to Britain. Inspired by traditional 20th-century Irani cafés that welcomed people from all walks of life, each delicious dish served and drink poured celebrates India’s rich heritage and culture.
