Is there anything as delicious as an ice-cold G&T, or a spirit mixed with tonic over ice? That is, Garden 108 and Tonic. Prepared in a flash, Seedlip’s spin on the humble highball is our go-to pick me up when we want to enjoy one of our favourite cocktails without the alcohol intake.
Named for the average number of days it takes to sow, grow and hand-pick their peas, Seedlip’s Garden 108 is a heady mixture of peas and hay (homegrown on founder Ben Branson’s Farm in the English countryside), spearmint, rosemary and thyme.
Combined with the fizz of tonic water and topped with a sprinkling of sugar snap peas, this fresh blend of flavours is the perfect experiment for lovers of the traditional G&T.
What you’ll need
- Ice cubes
- 50ml Seedlip Garden 108
- Tonic water
- Sugar snap peas for garnish
How it’s done
- Pour 50ml of Seedlip Garden 108 over ice into a glass and top up with Fever Tree Tonic Water.
- Garnish with sugar snap peas and serve.
