"I was walking past an Anthropologie store when I noticed the snow globe-inspired windows," says Aimee. "Snow globes are often collected to treasure a special moment in time or memory, so I thought it would be fun to create a miniature version on cake.
Inspired by a Rococo's Christmas Pudding Chocolate Bar, it's spiced full of festive flavours. I iced it with my favourite caramel mascarpone frosting and decorated it with little white chocolate stars and gingerbread trees.
Chocolate cakes are so easy to make as you don’t need to cream the ingredients together, just mix everything with a whisk or spoon."
