Style No. 26524215; Color Code:
American artist and glassblower Laura Kramer was inspired by the Renaissance concept of a cabinet of curiosities - an encyclopedic collection of objects that had not yet been classified - when she schemed up this striking series. Often blending found organic objects with manmade ones, Kramer creates tactile sculptures that defy classification, suspended somewhere between art and nature. In this one-of-a-kind piece, countless glass canes mimic crystals protruding from a mirrored glass bulb.
