A technique used for over 2,500 years, ear seeds provide continuous compression on ear and body points to help alleviate a variety of conditions - think pain, insomnia, anxiety, digestive disorders, and hormonal imbalances. When placed on a pressure point, the ear seed's constant stimulation sends signals to the brain's reflex center and triggers the release of endorphins, which provide a sense of relief and improved well-being.
How to use: Clean skin thoroughly with alcohol. Using a pair of tweezers, lift the edge of the seed adhesive, hover over the the desired application area, and gently press down with a finger. For best results, keep the ear seed on for 2-5 days. After 2-5 days, peel the adhesive off of your ear, wash thoroughly, and reapply on the opposite ear after a couple of days. Applying seeds on one ear at a time is recommended.

Within 30 days of purchase, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price.
