Perishable Items (Caramel): Because our product is perishable, we cannot accept any returns. We will replace any products that arrive damaged so long as we are notified immediately via your Order History. Non Perishable Items: We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise for a prompt refund. All items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.
Your original form of payment will be credited for the price of item less a $4.95 restocking fee if the item is being returned due to buyer’s particular taste preference. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Note that all handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade.
