This botanically dyed textile work, inspired by the shades of autumn, is a collaboration between myself and my nonhuman kin that are present in the work, including Japanese Maple, Eucalyptus, Madder, Sequoia and Redwood. The role I play in creating these pieces is minimal as our plant kin are the ones who provide the color palette and create the composition of the work.
