Return
Since our glassware is individually handcrafted by our artisans and each item is unique, please be advised that the item you receive may look slightly different from what you see online. However, we understand if you would like to return for a special reason. In that case, please send us a message and return the items in the same condition you received them within 14 days of the date it was delivered. All returns must include proof of purchase in the form of an order number or packing slip/invoice. Please ensure items show no signs of use. After we receive the items, the refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Please note that the shipping cost for return is your responsibility.
Breakage
We carefully pack all items in order to eliminate any damage during shipment, so items rarely arrive broken. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, please send us a message within 7 days of delivery and let us know 1) order number, 2) details of the item names and quantities broken and 3) whether you would like a refund or replacement. After that, please send back the items along with proof of purchase in the form of an order number or packing slip/invoice. After we receive the items, the refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Please note that the shipping cost for return is your responsibility.
