Miyabi Kaizen II 10-Piece Easel Knife Set

Style No.79377388;Color Code:

This set of Kaizen II knives combine traditional Japanese craftsmanship with the best German blade-hardening technology and stunning modern design. A core of FC61 fine carbide steel is embedded within 48 layers of Damascus stainless steel, creating the blade's eye-catching floral pattern. The double "Friodur" ice-hardened blade makes for improved corrosion resistance and astonishing durability. Artisans hand-hone the blades using the four-step Honbazuke method, ensuring each and every piece is crafted with care. The 10-piece set stores perfectly on a magnetic easel block and features essential knives, from a paring knife for fine, detailed work in hand or on a board - to an exquisite chef's knife that's a must-have in the kitchen. Also included is a 6.5-inch nakiri knife, a traditional Japanese-style vegetable cleaver ideal for chopping and prepping vegetables and more. The precision and craftsmanship of this set ensures your cooking experience will never be the same again.
