Returnable items (Cushions, Lampshades Lampstands) may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. A return slip will be sent to you upon request. Once received, a product refund will be issued minus a restocking fee of 25%.
We are unable to accept returns on Wallpaper (which is printed to order), Paint (which is made to order) and Furniture (such as Bottomans, Chairs and Rugs as these pieces are created specially for you).
No returns are to be sent to Anthropologie’s warehouse or returned to any House of Hackney showrooms.

SHIPPING TERMS: Orders with a total value over $800 may have duties applied by US Customs however this is always covered by House of Hackney. House of Hackney will ship your order with 'DDP' (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping terms and therefore will cover any duties bill. This should be a seamless automated process.
