The Herbal Honey Tasting Flight is a delicious, earthy sampling of three organic, sustainably harvested raw wildflower honey from Bannerbee. Sustainably harvested, raw wildflower honey is cold-extracted from the beekeeper’s most recent harvest and infused in small batches with locally grown organic herbs.
Includes a 3 oz jar of the following: Lavender Infused Honey: gently infused with locally sourced organic culinary lavender flowers. Savor this delicate herbal infusion in Earl Grey Lattes, drizzled over a round of brie with sliced figs, or as a simple syrup for a Bee’s Knees cocktail.
Lemon Thyme Infused Honey: gently infused with locally sourced aromatic organic lemon thyme. Enjoy the minty, earthy and floral notes with a subtle essence of lemon. Use for glazing seafood, vegetables or poultry, as a simple syrup base for cocktails, drizzled on greek yogurt or in a cup of warm green tea for soothing a sore throat.
Rosemary Infused Honey: Gently infused with locally sourced organic rosemary. Indulge with this refreshing herbal infusion to sweeten iced green tea, drizzled on cacao smoothie bowl, or swirl into whipped ricotta and serve with prosciutto and crostini.
Please note: Raw honey will naturally crystallize and is perfectly enjoyable. If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, loosen the jar lid and place glass jar in a bowl of hot water (not boiling), stirring until preferred consistency is achieved.

Within 30 days of purchase, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price.
